Donald Klunk is the Chief Accounting Officer of Genpact, a multi-billion dollar US public corporation that empowers clients with AI solutions that drive unparalleled outcomes. He is responsible for internal and external financial reporting, global shared services, compliance, payroll and serves as liaison to the Audit Committee of the Board of Genpact. Donald serves as the Chairman of the Sarbanes Oxley Governance Committee, Chairman of the Disclosure Committee, and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of GP Insurance Co. Donald is a certified public accountant and has almost 30 years of Controllership and Chief Financial Officer experiences.
Donald is a former Executive Director and Treasurer of the Board of Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY), which merged with Philadelphia Boys and Girls Choirs in 2024. Donald’s daughter sang with CY for 7 years, and through that experience, he understands the unique impact that youth chorale can make on a young person’s life. Donald resides in Chalfont, PA with his wife and three daughters.
